This page explains what happens with your information when you use the booking form on djpolycarpus.com ("we", "us", "Polycarpus").
When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you fill in yourself: your name, email address, company name (if given), event details, venue address, and any additional information you choose to add. We don't collect anything beyond what's in the form.
Your booking request is sent by email to booking@djpolycarpus.com so we can respond to it. You also automatically receive a copy at the email address you provided, as confirmation of what you submitted.
We use two outside services to make the form work reliably and safely:
We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
Booking requests live in our email inbox for as long as we need them to handle your request, and are removed when no longer needed.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@djpolycarpus.com.
